• A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery to verify age
• If delivery cannot be completed due to failed age verification, the order may be returned and a restocking fee may apply
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol products and applicable regulations, all sales are generally final. However, we will work with you in the following circumstances:

• Products damaged during shipping — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Incorrect items received — we will arrange a replacement or refund
• Orders cancelled before shipment may be eligible for a full refund
