At Bourbon Nest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of alcohol products and applicable state laws, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for damaged items and within 7 days for incorrect items of delivery at info@bourbonnest.com with photos of the issue, and we will work to make it right through a replacement or store credit. We are unable to accept returns on opened bottles or items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, orders may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
