AMASS Copenhagen Vodka is a Nordic vodka distilled in Copenhagen on an aquavit still — organic wheat spirit reworked with marigold petals, chamomile flowers, and hand-grated lemon zest, for a light, elegant spirit folded around subtle floral and citrus layers.
Inspired by the long summer evenings and longer winter nights of Copenhagen, AMASS uses an unconventional production method, carefully distilling botanicals on an aquavit still to create a vodka heart with delicate floral structure and fresh citrus lift — suited for clean cocktails and lighter seasons.
