Description

Ayiti Bitters Co. Fey Anme is a Haitian foraged-botanical forest liqueur (“anme” = bitter, “fèy” = leaf in Creole) — a blend of Haitian foraged botanicals including local hibiscus (choublack) for color and aroma, dandelion for bitterness, citrus, orange peels, bitter melon, local pimento black pepper, and tree barks, finished with local honey for sweetness and depth. Designed as a sweet-vermouth-style aperitif or Negroni component.

Fèy Anme is built on the relationship between Haitian honeybees and the surrounding forest flora — the bees pollinate the same plants that flavor the liqueur, creating an integrated forest-and-honey expression. The local hibiscus (choublack) provides both color and characteristic floral aroma; dandelion adds bitter depth; and the tree barks contribute structural bitterness. Versatile use: apéritif with lemon zest, mint sprig, or wherever a sweet vermouth or aromatic bitter liqueur fits.
