Belle Meade Bourbon Sherry Cask Finish is the first release in the Special Cask Finish Series — a high-rye bourbon blended and finished in imported Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, cut to 90.4 proof and never chill-filtered.
Barrels are sampled and selected from Belle Meade's reserve stock and blended in small batches, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks until perfection is achieved. Rich, intricate, and balanced. Winner of a Double Gold Medal and Best Special Barrel Finish Bourbon at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and 92 points from Distiller.com.
