Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta Riserva Cuvée Annamaria Clementi Rosé
Description
Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta Riserva Cuvée Annamaria Clementi Rosé is the prestige rosé Riserva of Ca’ del Bosco — 100% Pinot Nero from Erbusco, with 8 years of patient maturation — named in honor of Annamaria Clementi, mother of Maurizio Zanella.
Hands that knew exactly when to separate the must from the skins during maceration produced a deep pink hue, followed by eight years of maturation that developed an aroma-laden bouquet of peach, pink grapefruit, baked baguette, and raw honey. Supreme balance on the palate with a silky, spicy perlage of the tiniest bubbles. A rare expression of poise and excellence within the Franciacorta appellation. Ca’ del Bosco patented its own innovative techniques to ensure purity, achieving among the lowest sulfite and residual sugar levels in the industry.
