Hands that knew exactly when to separate the must from the skins during maceration produced a deep pink hue, followed by eight years of maturation that developed an aroma-laden bouquet of peach, pink grapefruit, baked baguette, and raw honey. Supreme balance on the palate with a silky, spicy perlage of the tiniest bubbles. A rare expression of poise and excellence within the Franciacorta appellation.
