Founder Don Poffenroth created Dry Fly Distilling out of a passion for fly-fishing and the Pacific Northwest, building a true farm-to-bottle operation using local ingredients from sustainable Washington farms. The port finish layers dried-fruit and wine sweetness over the soft, bready character of Dry Fly’s 100% wheat base.
