Hardy Cognac XO Fine Champagne is produced by the Hardy family house (est. 1863) from eaux-de-vie exclusively from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne — the two premier crus of the Cognac appellation. XO (“Extra Old”) requires a minimum of ten years aging in French oak under current French regulation (raised from six years in 2018).
