Hayman’s is the only traditional London gin producer whose flagship London Dry Gin places primary emphasis on citrus while maintaining the high proof and spicy mid-palate of the classic Dry style. Distilled to a family recipe of 10 botanicals using three small copper-pot stills with a 24-hour botanical maceration for extra concentration.
