Lo Veras Mezcal Espadin Reposado
Description
Lo Veras Mezcal Espadín Reposado is the oak-aged expression of the Lo Veras artisanal mezcal range — traditionally roasted in a river-rock stone horno using pine wood for 3–5 days, milled with a horse-drawn tahona, open-air fermented for 15–20 days in pine tanks using only natural airborne yeasts, double-distilled in a small copper still, then aged for three months in American Oak barrels.
The three-month American Oak rest adds wood-derived complexity to the underlying Espadín artisanal mezcal base without dominating the agave character — producing a distinctive Reposado mezcal that bridges traditional mezcal and oak-aged spirits.
