Throughout the year, the Milam & Greene whiskey team travels to Bardstown, Kentucky to distill on continuous column stills using our people, proprietary mashbill and yeast strain. This 2024 inaugural bottling of Bottled in Bond was distilled by the whiskey team in Kentucky, in Autumn 2019. After careful aging in char-4 barrels, for over 4 years, in a U.S. bonded warehouse in Kentucky, 72 barrels made their way down to Texas for batching and hand-bottling at exactly 100 Proof
