New Deal Distillery Cascadia d'Amore American Bitter Liqueur
Description
New Deal Distillery Cascadia d’Amore American Bitter Liqueur is a Portland craft amaro from New Deal Distillery (Distillery Row, est. 2004) — distilled in small copper pot stills using Bull Run water and natural, organic ingredients. The Cascadia d’Amore expression interprets the Italian amaro tradition through Pacific Northwest sensibilities, producing a complex bittersweet character balanced for cocktail use or neat sipping.
New Deal Distillery was an early Portland craft distillery, helping establish the Distillery Row neighborhood as one of the largest concentrations of small craft distilleries in the US. The Cascadia d’Amore translates the European amaro template into a Pacific Northwest expression with locally driven botanical sensibilities.
