OOLA Distillery Vodka
Description
OOLA Distillery Vodka is a Seattle craft vodka from OOLA Distillery (Capitol Hill, Seattle, est. 2011) — hand-crafted in small batches by owner-distiller Kirby Kallas-Lewis from white winter wheat sourced from a third-generation Washington family farm that is both certified organic and Salmon-Safe. Kirby grinds, mills, ferments, and distills in-house. The distillery is named after Kirby’s German shepherd, Oola.
