Partida Añejo is made from 100% blue agave harvested after seven to ten years, then aged 18 months in ex-Jack Daniel’s barrels for a rich, smooth flavor — sourced from the fertile lands near El Cerro, a dormant volcano in Santiago de Tequila, Mexico.
The red volcanic soil near El Cerro provides an ideal environment for the agave. Under certified Tequila Expert Jose Valdez, the production runs from hand-harvested agave through slow baking in autoclaves to preserve freshness and flavor. The 18-month rest in ex-Jack Daniel’s oak gives the añejo its golden hue and rounded character.
