The single-vintage approach preserves the distinct character of the 2004 harvest rather than blending across years.
The Pasquet operation is now led by Jean-Luc, who inherited the estate from his uncle Albert along with eaux-de-vie dating back to the late 1800s. The L'Organic line is the certified organic expression of the Pasquet portfolio, and the 04 vintage shows what a specific year produces under the family’s traditional Grande Champagne production methods.
