Founded in 1982, St. George Spirits grew from an eau-de-vie distillery into one of America’s most respected craft operations. Its Absinthe Verte was the first absinthe legally distilled in the United States after the spirit’s long prohibition was lifted. The botanical lineup includes star anise, mint, wormwood, lemon balm, hyssop, meadowsweet, basil, fennel, tarragon, and stinging nettles.
