Akashi Sommelier Series Pinot Noir Wine Cask Finish is the second release from the Tokiwa Imports Sommelier Series — a four-year-old Eigashima single malt initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished 18 months in two Pinot Noir casks from a Lompoc, California winery, curated by Master Sommelier Kenneth Fredickson. Only 500 bottles.
