ASW Distillery Fiddler Georgia Heartwood is a high-wheat bourbon finished on staves of Georgia oak that the distilling team harvested and hand-charred — the same foraged high-wheat bourbon as ASW’s flagship Fiddler Unison, with a 45% wheat content that is unusual for bourbon, giving a sweet, smooth profile despite its high proof.
The Georgia oak stave finish is the defining feature, layering local-terroir oak character over the wheat-forward base. The 45% wheat content keeps the bourbon round and sweet even at higher strength.
