Bayou Rum Spiced is a Louisiana craft spiced rum — sweet cinnamon and banana on the nose; a mild but complex blend of maple, banana, allspice, clove, vanilla, and pepper on the palate; and a full, complex mouthfeel with lingering notes of Creole baking spices.

In 2011, deep in the heart of Sugarcane Country, three childhood friends realized that rum — America’s original spirit — had become a forgotten one. Sugarcane, the ingredient central to rum, has been cultivated in Louisiana since the 1700s, yet no one had yet harnessed that abundant natural resource to create a top-notch premium rum. They vowed to change that, and two years later the Bayou® Rum Distillery opened its doors in Lacassine, Louisiana. Using traditional methods alongside state-of-the-art technology from fermentation through distillation, maturation, and bottling, Bayou Rum has earned its title as the #1 craft rum in America.
