Description
This new bourbon is aged twice to produce savory smoky flavors and an incredibly smooth finish. It was created as a tribute to the turn of the century when food was cooked over an open flame. In Tennessee's rolling hills, new white American oak barrels are used to age Bib & Tucker Double Char for the first six years, after which it spends at least another five months being heavily charred and smoked. The rich and deep flavor of Bib & Tucker Double Char is produced by a special fire-forged double char aging process.
