Blue Ice American Potato Vodka
Description
Blue Ice American Potato Vodka is distilled in Rigby, Idaho by 21st Century Spirits from locally grown Russet Burbank potatoes — one of the few American potato vodkas, four-column distilled and run through a five-stage filtration for exceptional clarity.
Fewer than 3% of vodkas worldwide are made from potatoes. Blue Ice is built on Idaho Russet Burbank potatoes and water drawn from the Snake River Aquifer, fed by Grand Teton snowmelt and naturally filtered through volcanic rock. The spirit is distilled in a four-column still and filtered five times — fine charcoal, filter press, garnet and crystal, travertine, and sub-micron — for a clean, naturally fuller-bodied vodka. Naturally gluten free with no sugar added.
