Boulder Ginskey is a barrel-aged “botanical bourbon” gin — winner of World's Best Cask Gin at the 2015 World Gin Awards. Boulder Spirits' award-winning gin, distilled in small batches with hand-selected botanicals, then aged a minimum of two years in new #2-char American oak barrels for rich smoky caramel, vanilla, and warm spicy oak.
Most barrel-aged gins are aged a year or less; Boulder ages Ginskey for two or more years, producing the whiskey-like “brown gin” character that gives it its name.
