Camus Borderies XO is a single-cru XO Cognac from the House of Camus — drawn exclusively from the small, prized Borderies cru, the smallest of Cognac’s six growing areas. Powerful, rich, and creamy with a particularly velvety texture, revealing intense sweet pastry aromas alongside cinnamon, dried fruit, old port, and violet, with a hint of almond emerging in the long-lasting finish.
The Borderies cru is the smallest and most distinctive of Cognac’s growing regions, known for producing rounder, more floral, nuttier eaux-de-vie with a characteristic violet note. Camus is one of the largest family-owned Cognac houses and holds significant Borderies vineyard holdings, making this single-cru XO a signature expression.
