Champagne Collet Brut Vintage Collection Privée is the vintage prestige cuvée of Maison Collet — over 60% aged in oak barrels from Champagne for added complexity, with aromas of vanilla, fresh butter, apple and quince, supported by secondary notes of brioche and toast.
Since 1921, when Raoul Collet founded the house in Aÿ at the heart of the Champagne region, Maison Collet has been creating Champagnes for connoisseurs who seek authenticity, elegance, and great finesse. The Vintage Collection Privée represents an oak-driven expression of the Collet style; winemaker Sebastien Walasiak sources from 850 growers spread across 160 of Champagne’s 320 crus while using no more than 10% of overall vineyard yields.
