Unaged Armagnac distilled by Chateau de Pellehaut in the T.nar.ze appellation • Distilled from 100% Folle Blanche on a traveling still • An extremely expressive nose displays honeysuckle, purple flower, and pastry crust. Peppermint and lemon zest on the palate diminish to a lingering finish of bruleed sugar • Traditionally chilled and enjoyed as a palate cleanser between fish and meat courses (known in France as a ‘Trou Gascon’) this blithe brandy is an intriguing replacement for pisco in cocktails
