Dos Maderas Selección Rum is a tribute to the artistry and craftsmanship of Bodegas Williams & Humbert, a prestigious producer of wine and spirits since 1877. Located in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, the heart of sherry production, Bodegas Williams & Humbert uses the traditional solera method for aging, blending younger spirits with more mature ones over time. Dos Maderas Selección is a masterful blend of Caribbean rums from Guyana and Barbados, aged in old bourbon casks before being finished in sherry casks in Jerez. This unique triple aging process, overseen by Master Blender Paola Medina, creates a rum with exceptional depth and complexity.
