Perfect in a dry martini, where the spices and fresh grapefruit tame the tea’s tannins.
East London Liquor Company distills in custom-built Arnold Holstein copper stills at the old glue factory in Bow Wharf, bringing spirits production back to London’s East End. Batch No. 1 is a refined, tea-led gin built for stirred cocktails.
