Endless West was founded by Mardonn, Alec, and Josh — a wine enthusiast and two scientist-sommeliers — after Mardonn encountered a 2015 Napa Valley Chardonnay too valuable to open, which sparked the question of whether the molecular components of fine wine could be reproduced without conventional production. That inquiry expanded into whiskey: a smooth, charismatic spirit that sips as if barrel-aged despite never seeing the inside of a cask. Glyph Spice is the spice-forward expression in the line.
