Espolòn is made under Master Distiller Cirilo Oropeza, who brings decades of expertise to the craft. Clear with a platinum cast, it offers rich sweet agave, pepper, floral tropical fruit, and lemon zest. A symbol of Mexican heritage, the brand takes its name and rooster emblem from Mexico’s proud cultural history.
