Under the Midnight Sun, where the sun does not set for 72 straight days, the finest Finnish (suomi) barley ripens in untainted soil; the nearby Rajamäki Spring provides naturally filtered glacial spring water that requires no treatment or additional filtration. These ingredients are distilled in over 200 steps to yield a crisp, clear, smooth base spirit. The Raspberry expression brings that base into a berry-forward flavored format suited to spritzers, lemonades, and Champagne cocktails.
