Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
Description
Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is a vibrant violet-hued gin made by steeping fresh Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in Four Pillars' Rare Dry Gin — a distinctly Australian take on the sloe gin tradition.
Each year's vintage, whole Shiraz grapes are left to infuse in the gin for about eight weeks before pressing, drawing out deep color and rich berry fruit while the underlying juniper and spice remain. The result is off-dry, fruit-forward, and brilliantly versatile.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Fresh Shiraz berry fruit — plum, raspberry, and blackberry — with juniper and warm spice
