John E. Fitzgerald Very Special Reserve 20 Year Old Stitzel-Weller 375ml
Description
John E. Fitzgerald Very Special Reserve 20 Year Old is a 12-barrel blend from the original Stitzel-Weller distillery aged 20 years — sourced from one of the most revered closed-distillery stocks in American whiskey. Stitzel-Weller is universally considered the gold standard for wheated bourbon, and 20-year-old Stitzel-Weller stock is among the most collected and historically significant bourbon available.
The original Stitzel-Weller distillery in Shively, Kentucky was closed in 1992, making remaining Stitzel-Weller-distilled stock a finite, irreplaceable resource. The John E. Fitzgerald Very Special Reserve is a 12-barrel blend selected from this stock at 20 years of age, presenting the deep, mature character of two decades of Kentucky maturation on the distinguished wheated bourbon mashbill. Presented in an elegant wooden box.
