Double-distilled from 100% organic Michigan wheat at 45% ABV (90 proof), with butter, sweet, creamy, and rich ripened-fruit character that’s clean and smooth on the palate.

Journeyman is uniquely set up to make spirits grain-to-bottle, with grain silos directly outside the distillery walls and full control of every production step. The brand applies that approach even to vodka — a category where federal law calls for an odorless, colorless, and flavorless spirit — producing Red Arrow with high-quality organic Michigan wheat and water drawn directly from an underground aquifer in Three Oaks. Everything about Journeyman Distillery is handcrafted: the original maple factory floors are from the 1800s, the concrete bar was made in Grand Rapids with the location’s coordinates etched into the side, and the wood comes from a family barn in central Indiana that was once the floor of an early-1900s schoolhouse. The factory itself was built by EK Warren, a staunch prohibitionist whose former building now houses one of the Midwest’s most respected craft distilleries.
