Cold brew extraction draws sweeter, less acidic compounds from the coffee, producing a smooth, rich liqueur without bitterness that hot extraction creates.
The Scotch whisky base adds malt character that neutral-spirit coffee liqueurs lack. At 36.9% ABV it’s strong enough to anchor cocktails and smooth enough to sip neat over ice.
