Mezcal Convite Coyote is made with wild Coyote agave (Americana), which takes roughly 12 years to reach maturity — pit-roasted, tahona-milled, naturally fermented with spring water, and double-distilled in copper.
Produced under mezcalero Cosme “Tucho” Hernández and his brother Daniel, Convite Coyote is a characterful wild-agave expression. Best enjoyed neat, sipped slowly.
