Nankai Shochu Sake
Description
Nankai Shochu is a premium Japanese kokuto shochu produced exclusively from Amami Oshima Island — vacuum-distilled from sugar cane and rice for an exceptionally smooth, easy-to-drink, and pure spirit with a clean, vibrant, and sweet flavor and aroma.
Kokuto shochu (“black sugar” shochu) is a regional Japanese style produced only on Amami Oshima Island. Vacuum distillation at lower temperatures preserves the delicate aromatics that conventional distillation would cook off, contributing to the clean character of the finished spirit.
