Paul John 92 Proof (“Brilliance”) is an unpeated single malt from Goa, India, matured in bourbon casks — Demerara-sugar sweetness with cinnamon, honey, and faint spice, a smooth honeyed palate offset by crisp barley and a tinge of cocoa, finishing smooth with mild spice and deep vanilla. Sparkling copper.
Brilliance is Paul John’s flagship unpeated single malt, made with six-row barley from the foothills of the Himalayas and matured in bourbon casks for a bright, sweet, sun-kissed character.
