San Matías Tahona Blanco is a tahona-crafted blanco tequila from Casa San Matías, one of Mexico’s oldest distilleries — colorless, bright, and clean with silver reflections, full-bodied legs, and a pure nose of citrus, white flowers, intensely cooked agave, and legumes, finishing incredibly sweet with flavorful mineral notes and no bitterness.
Casa San Matías has honored tequila tradition for over 130 years, remaining funded by 100% Mexican capital. The tahona process — milling cooked agave with a traditional stone wheel — yields a pronounced, mineral-rich agave character.
