Sloanes Gin
Description
Sloane's Gin is a Dutch dry gin distinguished by its method — each botanical is distilled individually before blending, producing a uniquely layered flavour profile. Named for 18th-century botanist Sir Hans Sloane, said to have discovered many plants now used in gin.
Made in the Netherlands, Sloane's uses a hearty handful of botanicals — iris root, coriander, angelica root, cardamom pods, liquorice root, and whole vanilla beans — distilled separately and then married, a labour-intensive approach that gives the gin its distinctive, seductive character.
