St-Rémy VSOP Brandy
Description
St-Rémy VSOP embodies the iconic and historical taste of St-Rémy — the world’s number-one French brandy since 1886. A translation of the original recipe that made St-Rémy renowned globally: small freshly-picked red berries on the palate, sweet vanilla flavor of oak, round and easy to drink, with a light and subtle nose.
St-Rémy was created in 1886. The creation begins with the selection of the highest quality grapes harvested exclusively in France’s most prestigious wine-growing regions — Burgundy, Champagne, Rhône Valley, Languedoc-Roussillon, Loire Valley, Bordeaux, and Beaujolais. The unique features of each region are brought to life in the eaux-de-vie. Distillation takes place in both column and pot stills, and only the heart of the distillation is selected. St-Rémy eaux-de-vie are aged exclusively in small French oak barrels before being blended by the Master Blender into the mellow, well-rounded house style.
