The Yalumba Octaves were the original red wine barrels that we used to age what we now know Nova to be. Without the support and advice of the Yalumba wine making and coopering team, Starward’s signature flavor cues and ground-breaking aging process may never have been realized. Using the very best barrels that Yalumba have, we are excited to share with you our first estate winery release.
