Vámonos Riendo Ensamble Espadín & Tobalá Joven is an artisanal Oaxacan mezcal blending two agaves — Espadín and 14-year, high-altitude Tobalá from Soledad Salinas — with fresh fruit, honey, and herbal aromas, a subtle black-oak smokiness, and a velvety smooth caramel-and-citrus finish.

Vámonos Riendo draws on the spirit of Oaxaca’s people, land, and art community. The Tobalá in this ensemble grew for 14 years at 6,500 feet, where day-to-night temperature swings create natural stress in the maguey — producing a more intense flavor concentrated in the piña. Blended with Espadín for balance, the resulting mezcal artesanal is fruit-forward and rounded.
